Terms
Last updated: 2 November 2026
The short version: the waitlist is free. A founding membership costs $49 once and gives you 12 months of PaidOnTime Pro from the day your account is switched on. If it isn’t for you, you can have a full refund any time before you get access, and for 30 days after. Nothing renews automatically.
Who we are
PaidOnTime is a product of Mind First Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13401247), with its registered office at 107a Queens Avenue, Watford, WD18 7NU, UK (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the PaidOnTime waitlist and founding memberships. When the app opens, we’ll publish full terms of service for using it, and you’ll be asked to accept them before you start.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
- We’ll email you about PaidOnTime’s launch and send tips on getting paid. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- We plan to invite the waitlist when PaidOnTime launches, currently planned for January 2027. Dates can change, and we’ll keep you posted.
Founding membership
- Price: a one-time payment of $49 USD, including any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.
- What you get: 12 months of PaidOnTime Pro, starting the day we switch on your account. You also get early access to the beta, planned from 21 December 2026, and a direct line to the founder for feedback.
- Limited places: the offer is limited to the first 200 founding members.
- No automatic renewal: you won’t be charged again. Before your 12 months end, we’ll email you so you can choose whether to continue at the Pro price at that time.
- Payments: handled by Stripe and its payments partner, which acts as the seller of record. Their terms also apply to the payment.
Refunds
You can get a full refund, for any reason:
- at any time before your account is switched on, including if the beta opens later than planned, and
- within 30 days after your account is switched on.
To ask for a refund, email hello@paidontime.io from the address you paid with. We’ll process it within 5 working days, and it will go back to your original payment method. This doesn’t affect any other rights you have under consumer law where you live.
About the beta
The beta is an early version of PaidOnTime. Features may change, be added or be removed, and you may come across bugs. Your feedback helps decide what we build, and we’ll tell you about major changes.
What PaidOnTime is, and isn’t
- PaidOnTime helps you track deals, send invoices and send payment reminders on your behalf and in your name. You’re responsible for what your messages say, and for the deals and amounts you enter being accurate.
- We’re not a debt collection agency or a law firm, and nothing we provide is legal or financial advice. Templates that mention late-payment rules are general information. For a serious dispute, talk to a lawyer.
- We can’t guarantee that any brand will pay you, or when.
Our responsibility to you
We’ll provide PaidOnTime with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with a founding membership is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and ending the offer
We may update these terms, and we’ll email founding members about any significant change. If we ever have to stop offering PaidOnTime before your 12 months are up, we’ll refund the unused part of your founding membership.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer protections the laws of your country give you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
