PaidOnTime

Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

The short version: we collect only what we need to run the waitlist, take founding-member payments and, later, run PaidOnTime for you. We never sell your data. You can ask us to see it, fix it or delete it at any time by emailing hello@paidontime.io.

Who we are

PaidOnTime is a product of Mind First Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13401247), with its registered office at 107a Queens Avenue, Watford, WD18 7NU, UK. We decide how your personal information is used, which makes us the “data controller” under UK and EU data protection law. You can reach us at hello@paidontime.io.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist:

When you read our emails: whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. This tells us which emails are useful, and lets us stop sending ones that aren’t.

When you buy a founding membership: your name, email address, country and the payment amount. Card details are handled by our payment provider (see below). We never see or store your full card number.

When you email us: your message and contact details, so we can reply.

When PaidOnTime opens: the app will store the details you add to track and chase payments, such as deals, invoices, amounts and brand contacts. We’ll update this policy before the app opens to explain exactly how that information is handled.

How we use it, and why we’re allowed to

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers. We use a small number of trusted providers to run PaidOnTime. They may only use your information to provide their service to us:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

International transfers

We’re based in the UK and serve creators worldwide, so your information may be handled in the UK, the European Union and the United States. Where information moves between countries, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

You can withdraw your consent to emails at any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. To use any of these rights, email hello@paidontime.io. We’ll reply within one month.

UK and EU: you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority. We’d appreciate the chance to fix things first.

California and other US states: you have the rights listed above. We don’t sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights.

Canada: we only email you with your express consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. If you buy a founding membership, Stripe sets cookies on its checkout page to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. If we ever add analytics cookies, we’ll ask for your permission first where the law requires it.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), signed email, restricted access to our servers, and services that protect payment data to industry standards. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever have a breach that puts you at risk, we’ll tell you promptly.

Age

PaidOnTime is for people aged 18 or over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
